Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will grant you full authority over your email mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can forward mail messages from one e-mail box to another, configure e-mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your mailboxes against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming emails based on certain rules set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and select the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply specify the mailbox you want to redirect messages from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest.
